In An Emergency 

If your pet has a problem during surgery hours, please telephone the practice immediately and we will ensure that you are offered an appointment on a priority basis. Please make it clear that the matter is not routine and we will do our utmost to attend to you at the earliest opportunity.

Please note that out of hours emergencies are not dealt
with at either of our premises.

For all emergencies that arise outside of normal working hours we provide a dedicated team of emergency Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Nurses. They are highly trained individuals and will be able to provide 24-hour emergency cover in the event that you require urgent veterinary help, whatever the time of day. They have access to an animal ambulance.
